Freedom of Road Riders District 4 Octoberfest

Lake Paradise welcomes the Freedom of The Road Riders and all who are interested in coming out for a great time!! There will be a beer garden and live mucic both Friday and Saturday evening with the gate opening at 4 pm Friday. Saturday events start at 10 am with the BIKE SHOW, 12 noon DIRT DRAGS and FIELD EVENTS. It will be a fun filled week-end for all you bike lovers and the weather looks awesome for those who enjoy nature and the beauty of Lake Paradise Resort.

Special 2011 "Pick It" Plan

Pick your seasonal site from April 15, 2011 through October 15, 2011. Stay with us the entire season, without utility fees, for $3,950.00/season. Discounts and credits apply for Charter Members and those who pre-paid their 2011 fees in 2010*. If all credits/discounts apply, your daily rate is less than $15.70 a day!

Payment plans are available as follows:

OPTION 1: Full lease payment by October 1, 2010 – receive an additional 5% discount.

OPTION 2: Three equal payments on October 1, 2010, December 1, 2010 and March 1, 2011.

OPTION 3: Down payment due October 1, 2010 with 6 additional monthly payments due on the first of the month beginning November 2010 through April 2011.

Join us for the awesome music of the Vantage Point Band. Vantage Point will be jammin’ at Lake Paradise on Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 7:00 -11:00 p.m. and on Sunday, September 5, 2010 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. Lake Paradise guests who are staying with us can enjoy the band for no charge. The public is welcome to attend as well for a fee of $10.00 per person. Join us for a great Labor Day event.

Fall/Winter Camping

Weekly Rate: $185.00 plus $25.00 utility charge = $210.00/weekly
Monthly Rate: $475.00 plus $60.00 utility charge = $535.00/monthly – (Propane must be purchased through Lake Paradise Resort.)
Seasonal Rates: Lease Agreement necessary. Total =$425.00 plus $60.00 utility charge = $485.00. (Propane must be purchased through Lake Paradise Resort monthly).
